Peter Corless Joins OnShift’s Executive Team
Experienced Post-Acute Care Human Resources Executive To Lead OnShift’s Enterprise Development Strategy

Corless will draw on his extensive experience leading human resources at multi-national post-acute healthcare organizations to develop strategic client relationships that support OnShift’s significant growth in long-term care and senior living.
Corless is a recognized HR leader in post-acute care and is well-known for his achievements at some of the country’s largest post-acute care organizations, including Kindred Healthcare and Genesis HealthCare. Throughout his career, Corless has directed all HR functions, implemented programs that reduced employee turnover 45% and created recruiting and hiring strategies that saved over $15 million.
Most recently, Corless served as the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living’s liaison to multi-facility operator executives. While at AHCA/NCAL, Corless worked with senior executives at the largest operators to ensure their issues are at the forefront of AHCA/NCAL policy.
