Fall is my favorite time of year. Not only is pumpkin spice everything back (I know it’s not hip, but it is delicious) but more importantly, it’s my opportunity to visit with providers at association and partner conferences.
I most recently presented a session at Matrixcare Directions, “Winning the Millennial Market: How to Attract and Engage Millennials in Senior Care” and it was a fantastic discussion with providers on how they and their peers are changing their practices to attract and retain talent. Ultimately what was voiced is that in order to fill your staffing needs, providers must meet and even exceed the expectations of prospective and current employees.
These discussions re-charge my battery. I love to learn about what’s really happening in the industry from those that are working to improve the lives of seniors every day.
Luckily we will be at several senior care industry trade shows in the coming weeks and we’d love to set up a meeting or for you to stop by the booth and say hello!
Hopefully, we’ll chat soon!
